A few wildlife images, principally birds, which because of their size, speed of flight and secretive nature are a real challenge.
All images were shot with a Nikon D3 and either a Nikon 70-200 mm f2.8 or 500 mm f4 lens. The images were processed in CS5 with levels adjustment and after cropping a small amount of sharpening was
applied.
All these images are low resolution and will pixelate if enlarged.

It's taken me six years (off and on) to get a decent shot of my favourite bird. Still not quite what I want so I'll just have to keep trying. Now it's time to start looking for the next challenge
