Our
starting point is a build budget of £250k for a single storey
dwelling and garage. This excludes costs for legal services,
planning, building regs, architects fees and other statutory or essential items prior to construction.
So, that's "hopefully" construction costs of £250k plus any furnishings.
For the purposes of this "costs" page all expenditure will be included to reflect an overall total of the costs involved with the exception of the purchase of the site with planning permission.
